Brigadier General (Retired) Doug “Odie” Slocum brings 35 years of executive leadership experience as a military officer and fighter pilot with more than 4000 hours flying F-4/F-16/A-10 aircraft. He has delivered more than 750 presentations as well as personally taught and mentored more than 500 speakers and teachers around the world. He served as the Air National Guard Inspector General as well as the Director of Safety, where he led the organization to the best 4-year safety record in their history.As a result, he was inducted into the U.S. Air Force Safety Hall of Fame in 2013.
