When you bring in a leadership trainer, many can help deliver short-term change, but few deliver sustained impact. Too often, results fizzle and you go back to the same old routine—fighting fires, just trying to stay afloat. The only way to drive sustainable change is to instill a culture of leadership through all levels of the organization.

This will require a proven playbook built through systems, processes, and ongoing learning. PurposePoint is that playbook—to level up your leadership, and develop the leaders of tomorrow.

Assessment

Discovery involves gathering data such as pain points, contributor interviews, technical factors and previous solutions. Additional data may include existing feedback and accountability channels and the organization's structure itself. Then, the problem is redefined based on goals, relationships, and existing processes.

Diagnosis

The diagnosis phase is crucial in setting the foundation for success, as it involves analyzing all the data gathered in the Discovery phase. Recommendations are made and, in partnership with the client, goals are clarified, objectives are set and challenges are discussed. The goal is to create a strategic vision for the future based on up-to-date knowledge, outline the desired outcomes and provide a roadmap for how to achieve them.

Implementation

The implementation phase involves carrying out the proposed solution.  Depending on the goals established, this phase may include very tactical events, such as trainings, workshops, coaching sessions (both individual and group), and strategies to ensure mindset shifts, behavioral change, and lasting transformation.

Analysis

During the analysis phase, both qualitative and quantitative results, as well as reactions from leaders to front-line staff are studied. Based on this information, adjustments are made to improve the strategy as necessary.
